Thanks for the reply SoM. My two subs are behemoths. I can't see hauling them around the room and placing them randomly and listening for differences. It's a descent into madness, I tell you! I can wait to get into REW so that I can add some objectivity and repeat-ability to the process. Not to mention saving my back.
I was just hoping for some opinions on some good initial placements for my subs, before I get intolved wtih REW.
All I have learned so far is that, unequivocally, the Harman Paper contains no mention of 2 subs in diagonal corners.
Before moving your behemoths around, why not go into REW, click on Room Sim (top right icon). Here's what it looks like:
Enter the required data, then hover your subs and MLP with mouse while closely observing the changes on the graph,... its easier and won't lead to a bad back, eh? Have fun.
