Casablanca w/ HD-DVD Figured it out!

Last week, i questioned why i had to raise the volume to such an extreme degree with my casablanca/six shooter/ toshiba hddvd ....

After speaking with Theta, the problem is solved....

Simply go into the setup menu and raise the channel levels of the that particular six shooter input to +15 for all channels, including sub......

Now, it sounds magical!

But you did the same thing, why is the volume level so low in the first place?

It is low also with SACD and DVD-A thru the SS. So it must be a SS issue.

audiman, do the same thing. Go in the menu and crank up the volume for the Six Shooter for your SACD player. Does the Compli have level adjustments for each channel? If so you can use that to balance the channels. The Six Shooter does not match exactly the levels of the CBIII. I assumed that it would but it does not.
