I am on a construction project and we had a discussion about displays. Mind you all the rooms in this building would basically be using the same displays throught out. Here is the the problem, The rooms will basically be well lit with ambient light and sun exposure. The "display engineer" on the job thought a projection screens will be the best for these kind of conditions. I know some plasmas usually are good with ambient light, but sun light is a killer. I thought LCD was suppose tio be the best for these circumstances. Personally I have a LCD and the ambient light is a not an issue at all and the sunlight is just as annoying if I had a Flat screen CRT.(looks good at the if watched opposite sun. It doesn't matter brand as of this moment. State job so the will go with the lowest bidder anyway. Sizes will vary but I think this guy is full of it and I know you guys at AVS are more tunned to all tech then this guy is. Any feedback will be greatly apreciated.. Oh, I am on a time crunch. Thanks guys.
