If Dish offers locals in your area, the answer is "maybe". What I have read is that the PSIP virtual channel numbers of the local OTA HD channels are matched against the program guide for local stations, and if the channel numbers match, then it just shows the programming info it has for the locals for the OTA channel. Supposedly this works even if you don't subscribe to locals, but there are other glitches in the system that cause it to not work in some areas.
If Dish doesn't offer locals in your area, then the answer is no. The 622 doesn't pick up programming guide info via PSIP or via Gemstar-TV Guide.
In the pic, OTA locals are in yellow and have subchannels of one or higher. The -00 subchannels are HD locals from Dish.
