Thank you very much for the invite, Dronson. Your site is amazing!! Looking forward to using these amazing intros in my videos.
My only bug to report is that when I go to use the created MP4 in a video project for Pinnacle Studio Ultimate it cannot read the contents of the file. I use WinFF to re-output the MP4 file and it works just fine after that (this process only takes 2-5min at most so its really not a huge burdon, and there is no loss of quality either).
So I'm not sure if a codec is missing during the output but other than that your site is remarkable. A truly great addition to the WWW. KUDOS!!
Really great site. I had the same problem with reading the .mp4 files and used the free winff converter as mentioned above to convert to a .wmv file. Now it reads them perfectly.
For first:
Plz, do not post in this thread invitation requests. This thread created not about VipID project.I am grateful to topic starter (Magius) and avsforum's for place for public info about VipID project. Also im apologize for the many offtopic messages about invite-requests. Now we have enough users for testing and i'm stoped sending new invites. But all testers who registered already, can invite new users.
Also we open twitter channel for public news about VipID-project.

And....i want make small preview about new features what we are working now.
And why so long no news from us. See attached pics.
We do not planing make any other changes with currently VipID beta-version.
Absolutly new site, design, new features and of course new fast web-server we planing open in near middle-october.
Not sure if I am posting in the right place?
Looking for advice on easy to use software that will allow me to:
Import photos, wmv files, video from a digital camcorder, import old VHS footage, etc.. AND organize and burn these various files into DVDs playable in my HT, any tips?
Windows media center and Windows movie maker was promising but it appears neither will output. publish, or "save-as" in a file format that is DVD player friendly. I think I need something that will burn a DVD in the AVC format..?

Has anyone had difficulties getting to the VipID website? I am getting a "site not found" message
Yes I got an invite to come back in. But the catch is that you have to pay for them now. Which I may do but I will wait until it is out of the Beta stage to give them money.

Agreed!
The initial beta samples that I experimented with looked VERY promising.
Once I hear this is stable and settled - I will be willing to pay for a semi-custom intro (without a watermark)
I am looking for someone who is a master at the Blender program, or anything comparable to it. As much as I would love to be able to take the time to sit down and teach myself the program, I am stretched pretty thin right now with no relief in site.
I am looking for someone who can take an existing logo, and turn it into an animated logo. This is a very simple animation in that all I want it to do is to spin around slowly on its axis. Actually to spin slowly from the 'front side' to the 'back side', then remain stationary for maybe a few seconds, then spin slowly again.
I would like the final product in both an avi file and as an animated gif.
If anyone would be interested in doing something like this, please shoot me a PM and let me know how much $$$ you would charge for something like this. Time is somewhat essential on this, so I'll be anxiously awaiting any replies.
Thanks guitarbuildernh for posting this! One issue though. I noticed after I rendered it into a video each time that the quality was degraded...even when the file as large as 7gb! I believe I know why, and I don't know enough about using AE to know how to resolve it. I believe it's because the original video size is being enlarged. Whereas the original video is 1920X1080 the actual displayed video is smaller(hence the black bars at the top and bottom.) Your uploaded AE project 'resizes' it to the full 1920X1080 and it makes it look quite pixelated on my 26" monitor compared to the source content. Is there anyway to keep the 'black bars'? Or is this an unavoidable consequense of the customization?
