Hello, Wondering if there is any issue or problem with this being behind a Plasma TV with about 5" between them? I will have my 3750 Joule surge protect bar plugged into this. These 2 items should protect me sufficient enough? I got such a sweet deal on the backup hope its what i need or useable for a HT system? If not on the computer it will go.

Any opinions would be great, Thanks
