The replaytv 4000 series includes lifetime. That was changed when the 4500 came out (same as 4000 but without lifetime included).

But there is a chance if you are looking at a used 4000 series that it could have had its lifetime transferred away from it.

What if its a factory refurbished Replay 4000 series.

I know that with Replay 4500 series, if it breaks and you send it to the factory and they end up replacing it, than don't give you the lifetime subscription because they want you to buy the subscription.( Even if the one that broke already had the lifetime subscription)

Do you know how it works with returned Replay 4000 series models?

If you send in a lifetime you should get a lifetime back.

You best get that verified with a replaytv CS..

You know what? PM member Mikeyboy. He can hook you up far better then replaytv.

What is the problem you are having anyway? maybe you can fix it yourself. If not talk to mikeyboy. He's been around since dirt helping people for baseline prices.
