Thanks for the info. Could I ask why you like them better than the Ref .5's for gaming? Also you said you used the x-ls for gaming, but you didn't really mentioned how satisfied you were. I'm assuming you are since you posted, but just wanted to clarify before I drop money - How happy are you with the x-ls. Do they make the games sound awesome?
I also watch movies on the TV I game. Would the x-ls's be able to handle movies well too?
I hear that having bipople or monopole speakers are important for gaming to hear what direction sounds are coming from. Are the X-sls towers bipole or monopole?
Also a bit more info and a question:
I'm making a rig setup for 70% gaming/30% movie watching. So lots of shooting guns, bombs, etc...
Right now I'm debating between the Infinity Beta 20's, Dana 630's, and the AV X-sls tower.
For any of you have that X-Sls floor stanidng. How do you think they would fare in this type of gaming/movie setup? I
Also if any of you could provide some honest comparisons with the competitors that would be really awesome.
