Sony KV30HS420 - Standby Light BLinking 5 Times While TV is ON or OFF - ??

Anyone know what this means?

I have a have a Sony KV30HS420 HDTV, and I noticed the standby light has been blinking repeatedly in a 5 blink sequence (5 blinks, pause, 5 blinks),

Now it appears that the collors are WAY off compared to what they were 4 minutes ago, and the picture is extremely fuzzy.

No, i have the same TV set and it has not happened to me (yet).

What it does have me all confused is the fact that my Xbox360 is zooming the image when playing a game, instead of actually filling up all the screen with more info (since is widescreen) Does this happens to you?
