This has happened before...I've lost various HD channels. Before it was Disney, Espns, mlb, food, tlc...when it has happened, they've always come back pretty fast, in like an hour or two.
The analog versions come in fine. Other HD channels come in fine. Does this happen often to other people? Just people using a Tivo?
I've only been back to Charter for 6 months now, but it seems like I can't go a week or two without something popping up (dropped channels, mistakenly disconnecting service and then having to wait five days to get back up, bad modem, bad upstairs digital cable box...)
Well this isn't good at all! Are you still missing these channels at this time? We'll gladly help you trouble shoot this problem and help get it resolved.
Can you tell us which device you have restarted, the TiVo or the tuning adapter? Also, can you verify the USB cable from the tuning adapter is still attached firmly to both boxes? It sounds like your TiVo no longer recognizes the tuning adapter is there.
