We're sorry to read that Zap2it did not update for you with our new channel lineup information. As we indicated above, our new lineup was provided to all of our service partners with plenty of notice for the changes. The fact that Zap2it's website listing is correct shows that they have the correct guide listing information. Zap2it obtains their information from Tribune which also provides information to TiVo. A member of our team, who also lives in Florissant, owns a TiVo unit and it has fully updated. This means that the guide data has been pushed out successfully from Tribune, as well.
At this point, it appears that all the initial steps are covers, so we are going to need to do some additional troubleshooting to help you resolve this situation. Please PM us with account details so we can get to work determining why you are unable to pull the guide data.
