It's easy to get hooked on phonics ..............
e.b_ay price is $799
About the same price as Crown Xti 4000. [you were interested in this one]
Lets make some assumptions.
Lets assume Xti4000 only outputs 2500w.
Lets assume XP5000 only outputs 3500w.
Not that much of a difference.
You mentioned AC line power is a variable so the Phonic will be
using a traditional power supply design, that's why it's big/heavy,
it will place more burden on your AC line vs. Xti.
You don't like the Phonic XP5000 or Xti4000 ? Which one would have a faster
resale ? Probably the Crown because it's new and everybody wants the new
*What happens if the amp breaks, all amps are not immune to bad luck.
Will it be easy to get the Phonic repaired? Will they give you a headache?
Crown has a no BS 3 year warranty.http://www.crownaudio.com/support/warranty.htm
