I thought other then the gallery we can have a thread that people can post pictures of they're Samsung DLP's all setup.

Let me know if this is a good idea!!!!!

Setup looks awesome, but may I suggest something? I noticed your center and front L/R speakers all on your stand, which will make your 5.1 soundfield extremely narrow. Leave the center channel where it is, but hang the L/R fronts on the wall about TV height, 1-2' out from the set.

They look pretty easy to hang and you'll get a much wider and enjoyable soundfield out of it.

(A thread hijack! I have an SXRD but was curious to see how the DLP setups look )

Thanks, that was my setup last weekend. I recently hung the L/R speakers in the corners and kept the center channel where it is. Plus i did some exstensive wire hiding.

Here is a lay out of my speakers tell me what you think should be my fronts....

Thanks for the advice. I guess great minds think alike.

Tough setup: Ideally you want to create a box with the speakers and have the couch centered on one side and the tv centered on the other. In a corner setup, your best bet is to approximate that, and then use your receiver delay timings/ speaker levels to account for mismatched distances of the speakers to the sweet spot on the couch. is a setup like this possible?:

Great idea for a thread! I'll be sure and post pics of mine as soon as I get it early next week. I can't wait!
