Woohoo, I put my pre-order in for all three!

as soon as some reviews come out for T2, I'll decide if I'm gonna order it.

He also has the French version of Traffic up for preorder. I wonder why?

Maybe he doesn't realize I has already been released in the states?

The NA release, like all NA HD-DVD releases, has French subs. Unless you're suggesting that French people living in the states would line up to spend an extra ~$12 just to get a French cover? ^_^'

I saw some scenes from T2 on the Studio Canal version of Total Recall and it looked real good so I ordered it.

Serpico is an older title though and I want to hear more about the transfer before I order that.

I need to know that the sound isn't screwed up on any of these before I order.

Btw...i don't see traffic anywhere on his page.

Same here.

Serpico looks great on DVD, so I can only imagine it looking exquisite on HD DVD.

Does anyone know if this T2 release is the extended edition?

oh boy, this is tempting.....

Is The Graduate gonna be on BR in America?

Brotherhood of the Wolf was probably one of the most boring, piss poorly acted movies I had ever seen. It is a movie so bad, that I decided to start playing my GBA while the movie was playing as it was that bad.
it was a pretty bad movie, but seeing monica belluci in all her glory was worth the price of admission.

Sweet, T2 is one of my altime favorites. Hopefully it will be a worthy HD purchase

I think your first three links have your personal information attached to them. I guess it's the osCSID tag.

You should probably edit them out.

DUUUUUDE!!! It says "English 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio," that alone is worth the purchase. It's barely more than a combo!

Yeah, it really makes me hope that Toshiba will update the A2 to decode the lossless layer of DTS-HD MA.

I asked this before, but I really want to know. Is this the extended version of Terminator 2?

Can the A1 decode it over analog?

No. The Toshiba players only decode the lossy core, which is 1.5mbps DTS.

I have a couple of these imports and the sound is actually quite good for the dts track even if it's just 1.5 mb.

Wow, a year ago we would have killed to get 1.5 mb dts. Times have sure changed!

Oh certainly. I in no way want to diminish the greatness of 1.5mbps DTS. The numerous BDs that I've listened to in 1.5mbps DTS sound incredible.

I have to wait for word on the audio before I even think about ordering. I am not holding my breath.

Hey! I didn't know "The Graduate" is available for pre-order on HD DVD!

I have never seen this movie in its entirety because there is not one good release previously available on DVD--and the few seconds I've seen on cable only teased me about the great widescreen cinematography.

Hmmmm....

I have Mulholland Drive on DTHEATER and it is awesome! I am glad to see the prices are not bad with these movies. I may get The Graduate. As for T2, I just got the newer release of it on Bluray (AmazonCa) so I am not sure how many more versions(standard DVD X 2, DTHEATER, Blu ray) of this movie I need to own!

...now thas cool!

What does xploited cinema charge for shipping in the US?

Also, should we expect to see Studio Canal titles eventualy in the US? I absolutely love Mulholland Drive but I'm fine to wait a while if it gets released here.
Movies like T2 won't be released here because the rights to it are owned by 20th Century Fox who is BD exclusive.

Shipping for T2 was $3 for 2-5 day priority mail.

I hope there isn't any PAL speedup on these soundtracks.

dang three more huh? I had to pre-order those too!

Wohoo! In for Brotherhood of the Wolf. Fabulous movie in my opinion. Thanks!
