What is your Wii hooked up to???

Thread Starter
Just want to get a feel for what type of display devices people are hooking their Wii's up to. Does one have an advantage over the other? I guess the major devices would be:
  1. Plasma
  2. LCD
  3. RPTV (DLP, LCoS)
  4. Other
I would like to see where people stand and what is the most popular display people are using.

What if you have it hooked up to a crappy hold standard definition TV, because you don't necessarily feel it deserves a place alongside your high-definition consoles and gear? Are all standard tube televisions under "Other"?

I have an LCD-based RPTV, so I picked the later. I guess I selected the right one...?

*iScan VP50 (video processor) for 480i and 480p content.
*Micomsoft XRGB-2+ for VC 240p content, then piped through the VP50.

After the VP, DVI to either a projector at 720p or a 24" LCD monitor at 1080p. It looks excellent in all cases.

Previously 42"plasma
Currently 57" DLP

Plasma picture was nice a crisp, DLP picture is huge and slightly fuzzy on the menu but great in game.

Using plain ol' crt sd display, hooked up though s-vid..not that i'm letting it keep on lowly s-vid, but i don't have an hdtv and the non-480p component ports on the tv are taken by the dvd player
