Whether Mr. Wally is a lawyer or not shouldn't matter, since even lawyers can get mad and frustrated.
this man knows how new york works.
don't kid yourselves, it is not unheard of for judges to get payoffs. not saying it happened here, just that the possibility does cross the mind given the difficulty in reconciling the courts decision with the evidence presented.
attorneys always have to consider factors such as judges favoring certain other attorneys, judges hometowning non-local attorneys, and judges too lazy to do their homework to reach what should be a fairly simple, logical decision.
don't know what happended in this case, but the judge clearly got it wrong and did a disservice to all sxrd owners
i'm not posting here as a lawyer, but as an sxrd owner. if you want legal info
on your rights in a class action lawsuit, use splinke's website. he is far more knowledgeable about the law in this area than i. i am not a class action attorney and my practice doesn't involve consumer law. attorneys are not knowledgeable in every area of the law, but our practices focus on only a few areas where we can attain the necessary level of competency. you can be an engineer without knowing anything about writing code. same with
attorneys, we all have our areas of expertise.
everyone just thank splinke for helping us protect our rights, and let's quit
bickering with each other.
my apologies to waldorf if i offended. now can your be less critical of your fellow sxrd owners?
