The only way that could happen is if WJYS were to sell their station to Weigel. I however guarantee you that if that happened (don't see WJYS being sold anytime soon), U Too's programming would be on the main channel, rather than MeToo. In Milwaukee, Weigel initially had MeTV on the main channel of then WBME 49.1, until they decided that they wanted WMLW's programming on the full power signal. That guaranteed must carry. Like unclehonkey mentioned, RF 32 is already an LPTV station that has Class A status, & can't easily go full power. If there were open channels available right now, it might be possible to add another full power channel. Right now, only channel 23 is technically available as a full power channel. The only problem with that right now, is that Weigel has it tied up with it being a Class A analog station. If it weren't for that channel being Class A, I believe WBBM-TV would have tried to change their channel from 12 to 23, just so they could get off of VHF. Weigel has a year & 9 months to decide what they're gonna do with WWME-CA, whether they'll flash-cut 23 to digital, & give up 39, or shut off 23, & make 39 Class A. Unclehonkey also mentioned about an RF 32 up around Janesville, WI preventing such a move. If you look at how their signal is nulled, you'll see why it's an issue. To a lesser extent, WITI on RF 33 also must be protected, though both stations are around 90 miles apart.
