Long time, no post!
I am back on the forums searching for an amp or receiver (NAD 320BEE? NAD 720? Rotel RX1050?)
Anyhow, I am thrilled with my B&Ws. Here they are sitting on their custom made stands. Note the huge WAF for ya'll out there with that concern!

Ingredients:
IKEA 11" Terra Cotta Pot
IKEA Cutting Board
2" PVC
Sand
Concrete
Construction:
Thread rod is run through the PVC, sandwiching the cutting board, pipe and pot. Pot is filled approx. half way to the top with concrete. Remaining room is potting mix with extra moisture conglomerates as drainage is non-existant. PVC is sand filled. Substantial, hefty stands.
Inspiration:
I love the Sorrento finish. The grey, light wood finish and kevlar cone make sounding great look awesome, too. Daff's were on sale. Like how the flower matches the flower of the kevlar cone. A shade grass will eventually be grown in these. My media room is a mix of nature and technology.
