If you have unfinished space either above or below, it is your friend. You can run the cable into the attic or the crawlspace and bypass the 3 studs entirely and then come back into the wall cavity behind the TV.
If that's not an option, you can purchase an auger bit on the end of a very long flexible rod. They make them as long as 72" and maybe even longer. They also make extension rods that are longer than that. These are very tricky to work with and it's very easy to end up coming out the sheetrock on either side if you don't keep it traveling in a straight line. The good news is that the repair for that mistake is a lot easier than if you cut the entire wall open.
Be very careful, though, about drilling in wall space where you don't know what's there. You don't want to drill through high voltage wires, gas lines, water pipes, sewer lines, or anything else like that.
