Howdy,
I have a Sharp XG-E1200U projector. It works great but is really old so only has inputs for S-Video, VGA, and the old 5 port R, G, B, H-sync, V-sync hook ups.
User's Manual Link - Inputs on page 5
When playing from my DVD player that has S-Video and Component outputs, I want to get the best picture quality I can. Would I get any increase in picture quality from S-Video by getting some sort of converter (assuming they exist) to go from Component Out to the r/g/b/h/v inputs on the projector? Or even Component to VGA maybe?
Just wondering it the picture quality would be noticeably better (on a pretty huge screen ) if I looked into something like this.
Thanks!
