Need advice on great deal on mediocre projector

I found a great deal on a new Infocus IN24 projector. About 60% of the cost of a new In72.

My four year old projector just died and I decided to wait until the fall to get a new one to see what comes out or what drops in price.

Think I should get this in the mean time? Think I could resell it on craigslist for the same amount I am buying it for in 6 months?
