Best bang for the buck Center Speaker

Thread Starter
I am looking for the best bang for the buck center speaker i can find. I dont really want to spend much more than around $300 though which is why i'm looking for "bang for the buck"... I have DIY front speakers already that sound excellent. They both have 12inch subs, horns and tweeters and sound incredible. I just want to find a nice center to pair them with. I am leaning toward a klipsch c2 but i just want to know if there is something better for the price range that i should be looking at. And what is a nice sub "bang for the buck" in the $200 range i can check on.?
thanks for any help.

Obviously, the cheaper the better since i am poor.

Any reason you are avoiding a DIY center that matches your fronts?

If your DIY fronts have horn tweeters, the Klipsch "might" be a good match, timbre-wise.
