Video card for Crestron distribution

Thread Starter
I am currently using a modded XBOX to stream and play PC based content through my Crestron system. This works flawlessly, but the XBOX cannot handle HD content streaming.
I would like to replace the XBOX with a dedicated HTPC.
I am assuming I can just use Windows Media Center as an OS to give me full control using Crestron remotes. Is there a way to have serial control of Windows Media Center... or do I have to use IR?
Can anyone recommend a video card that would provide a simple connection to the Crestron system... without dongles and tweaking, etc.??
Thanks

What you need first is a video card with analog component video outputs, and they're usually going to be part of an external dongle or box that connects externally to the card.

As far as RS232 (serial) control goes, I'm not quite sure if Media Center and actually supports that. Perhaps someone else knows...
