Sharp Aquos - which model?

Hi,

I'm looking for a flat panel for my parents. I have a 37" Aquos in my bedroom at home (really like it) - I don't know which model it is off the top of my head though. I just went to the Sharp site to look at 32" and 37" models for my parents and noticed there are bunch of options in those sizes for the Aquos. I'm not sure which to look at.

Here are the main items I can think of:

1080p - not critical (bedroom viewing...not too picky of viewers)
cable card - must have, don't want HD cable box in bedroom
size looking at - 32" and 37"
inputs - not severely critical (2 HDMI inputs and some component?)
HDMI 1.3 - not critical
case color - not critical as long as not crazy (black or silver is fine)
PIP - not critical

I was leaning toward the Aquos since we're happy with ours. Can anyone help narrow down the field in the Aquos line and let me know which models are the latest and greatest and meet the above specs? Keep in mind this is for bedroom viewing and most likely will never be used for HD DVD or Blu-Ray or any other type of input other than HD cable.

We ended up going with the 37D43U which we found at Sears. We couldn't find the 37" at any of the major retail chains for some reason, but were happy to run into it at Sears at a pretty good price (in our minds anyway). Now I'm off to go see what the difference is between the 37D40U (mine) and the 37D43U (the one we got for my parents this past weekend)...
