Is noise a concern? If not, be sure you keep the card as cool as possible by cranking up the fan speed. If noise is a concern, I would just leave it at stock and let it run.
Core clock and shader clock are linked. The shader is double the speed of the core. Raising voltage will help keep the card stable as your overclock gets higher. I would start out with a 25mhz bump in the core clock and let it run 10 or so WU's of F@H. You want to make sure it doesn't start failing WU's at full load. Leave voltage alone for now.
If you are already seeing 13k ppd you won't get to much more. My GTS 450 was factory overclocked to a core of 880mhz and I'm showing 15k ppd on the newest 912/925 WU's.
