Thrashers/Penguins on D* channel 95???

Is anyone getting this game that started at 1pm ET? I just get a black screen, all of my other HD channels come in fine and I can see this game in SD OK on channel 764.

Guide says Thrashers/Penguins. channel banner says channel not available Then at 9:00 p.m. NBA TV is on.
