DTS-Audio cd questions

Are DTS audio cd's able to play on regular cd players or computer cd-drives using a media player?

They can play on any STB CD player with a SPDIF output to a DTS decoding receiver or if a DTS decoder is built into player (usually DVD players only) it can output through 5.1 channel analogs. Same for computers except that Sound Blaster audio cards that won't allow a 48KHz output and are incompatible.
