I went to buy a 47LX196 the other day - its a 1920x1080 pixel display but it only does 1080i and doesn't accept a 1080p signal.
I want to exclusively use this TV with the PC/VGA input.
Wondering if I feed this a 1920x1080 resolution signal over the PC input will it work? Or will I have to feed it a lower resolution?
I can live with only having 1080i for movies from my hd dvd player. It looks great even at 1080i. But for the PC I want that whole desktop and gaming resolution!
