Anybody else notice your account saying you have been logged in when you have not ?

I have 2 360's here at the moment (one is my cousin's) and have noticed two times now that my account is stating that I was logged in when I wasn't . I had my 360 disconnected from the net for an entire day and when I logged in with my cousins account on the other 360 it stated that I was online 2 hours ago (but I had not accessed my account for over 24 hours) . The last games that I actually played are correct so I don't think somebody is using my account to play online but I guess somebody could still be up to no good just the same . I am wondering if I report this issue to MS if my account will get messed up or they will make me create a new one (loosing my current screen-name) .

Anybody else ... ?

Hey Jason, That is not a good sign. I've had 2 Xbox 360s brick on me in the last 10 months and the second time it happened, my buds on my friends list called me wanting to know why I wasn't accepting their game invites (even though I have not been on line for the past few days it showed I was). About 2 days after that I got the dreaded 3 red lights. I hope this doesn't happen to you, best of luck!!!.

Did you happen to visit xbox.com? I've noticed that Live tends to count that as "last seen" in its reporting.

If you went to xbox.com or have a hotmail account, it might log you in.

I'm almost sure that this is what happens. I've gotten messages on the xbox site from friends that I know are at work, and it shows them online so and so minutes ago.

Xbox.com will show you as being "last seen" on Live.

Yup you can access your friends lists and send messages to your Live friends through xbox.com

Oh, yeah, I know....I do it all the time I was just saying that I wonder if, when you do that, it counts you as being "online", when you are really just on your computer.

Yup... I signed to Xbox.com under my account... then signed on under my son's account.
My son's account showed me being on live "a minute ago" and I haven't even touched the 360.

Do you log into hotmail or anything else related to your Live account Pimp?

Well thanks for the responses but that was not it either because I had not logged into my LIVE account (or MSN) via the PC either (that makes perfect sense though since it is tied directly to the account now with the whole LIVE for Windows thing) . I guess if it continues I will have to give MS a call .

Thanks again for the insight .
