I see TMNT listed to be released on Aug 7. Is this true? I thought TMNT was a Weinstein movie?

Anyone heard specifics on this? I'm assuming they cleaned up the film copy and did a better transfer to BD (possibly VC1 or AVC?)

I can assume all day, but actual details would be nice since I loved the superbit DVD and I'd really love to have my mits on a great looking BD copy.
