Controlling Z-Wave via the internet?

I have 4 vizia light switches that control the light in the back yard, porch, kitchen, and living room. As of right now I control them from the leviton remote control. I was wondering how hard it would be to make these controlable from the internet? I don't want anything too complex. I don't need scheduling or anything like that. I just want to be able to log on from the internet and turn on the back yard light and the porch light. Is there an easy way to do this?

Thanks... Upon researching further I have come across the XG1000
GATEWAY from Xanboo which seems to be able to do what I want. Have any of you tried it. More importantly have any of you had success getting it to work with a z-wave switch such as the Leviton Vizia switches I have installed? Thanks in advance for any help!
