Today I was told the LCD Screen needs to be replaced on my 8 week old 46 xbr2! And to top it off the parts are B/O and are expected in to SONY in 4 days.
Now I am anticapating being W/O my set for a month.
I am Pissed. I have been on the phone with Sony and can not get to anyone who will authorize a new TV. All you can do is write a letter to their executive review comity.
Any one with any advice?
