Faux Classifieds in Reg Forum

As a person who supports AVS by buying a club membership, I get a little ticked when I see members telling ppl to PM them if they are interested in buying X from them or their friends. It makes the reg forum nothing more than a classified area and takes away the value of a club membership. Here is an example. This second post in this thread

Thanks David. I did that yesterday with no response...which is unusual....but I have found both the Accessories and Constuction forums to get slow response when report post is used. I assume mods are focused in higher traffic areas?

Dave: I do and no action is taken. There is another in same forum selling green glue. It's disheartening when those of us support AVS through our memberships, yet mods do not take timely action in the case of some forums. (dedicated construction area report posts get little attention)

I reported this thread and hours later it's still active with selling going on. Members have an obligation to know the rules...what are the consequences for posting classifieds in reg forum without paying for an AVS club membership?
