Please recomend VC

Hi guys, im basically looking to upgrade my VC from an Nvidia FX5200 128mb to something that can play games like Company of Heroes, Battlefield 2, Rome TW in at least medium setting. My budget is $125.00 max, any ideas ?

Well, let's see. In order to recommend a video card, we need to know the rest of your system specs (RAM, CPU, mobo...agp or pci express). Some of those games are pretty demanding and you will need a beefy card to produce playable frame rates. Your budget is pretty restricting, so you may consider looking at a used card. The problem you can have is that if any one of the components isn't up to the task, the system will bottleneck and you will have poor performance.

P4 2.8ghz
1.5g ram
160g hd
vista business

At that price probably a 7600gs or something. Might need to shop for used to get a bit more bang for your buck. Don't expect top notch performance on those games though even with a 8800gtx, your cpu will hold you back.
