Does denon look at these posts or is there any way to tell them when there products are not up to par. I have a denon and my biggest complaint is the remote. IN fact every denon I have ever seen, besides the 3801, has had a remote that basically would keep me from purchasing that product without budgeting for a new remote. What gives, why cant denon get it right? Is anyone else frustrated with their lack of quality on remotes. I haven't seen the aktis but from what I have read, most people seem to think that they would be better off with a pronto. Denon is constantly the first out with new technologies, therefore they must have some good people in there development department. Do they just ignore the remote.
