Coming together nicely...can you do another pic of your entire front wall?

I also like the color scheme...I wonder why that is!

There are so many great ideas on AVS I don't know how I'm ever going to decide which way to go with our new build. I mean, seriously. So many of you do an amazing job, and as soon as I think "oh, that's the one we'll use as a jumping off point" along comes another 3 that blow my mind.

So, yeah.... and thanks.

The walls are wrapped in black GOM/linacoustic. Carpet is black and gold too

Here are a few pictures of mine. I'm not done yet. I have done all the work myself. I'm still looking to construct a few bass traps to put on the wall and I may decorate the walls a little better. Open to all suggestions!

here is a link to all the before, during, and after pictures.

I'll revive this old thread with my black and red scheme

The colors are darker than they appear in the photos, for reference the cabinets are cherry with a dark brown stain.
Ben Moore Paint & Stain
Walls - stratton blue (more of a green than blue)
Cabinets - dark cherry stain
Ceiling - linen

Thanks for the complements, for background this room was part of a major remodel of my 1920s Craftsman home. The built in cabinetry, screen wall arch and coved plaster ceilings duplicate the interior features of the older part of the home.

Very Nice +1, love the "mission style" cabinet door fronts

These are the GOM fabrics and the carpet for my theater. I'm also using black vinyl for the trim.

Hey guys, I'm new to the forum. I just ordered my projector, screen, and in the process of picking my speakers. Narrowed down to kef Q900s or Paradigm equivalent. I'm in the design process of my theater. This thread has been inspirational and has played a key role in the direction I'm going in my theater. My dad does this stuff for a living and does 250k theaters every week. But, he doesn't live here and almost never takes pics of his work. So, if anybody has any more pics of there theaters lets revive this thread.

Very sharp, I love your carpeting. Did you have it done or get it from a local home supply source?
Does anyone have any pictures of their theater where they used some lighter off white baseboards and doors? Curious what color schemes people went with in these situations.

They work for me. Pretty interesting, actually. The fishnet type design is something I haven't seen here before. I like it.

I actually got it from Lowes. They had to order it, so it took like 10 days or so, but was exactly the kind of thing I was looking for. Sorry for the late reply.

There is a better product now that used plastic tracks. One such company is http://www.fabricmate.com. These plastic tracks would be a LOT easier then building wooden fabric frames.

Totally forgotten about this thread, and I was meant to post my little HT space here awhile back too... Anyway, here you go...

Color info is in my thread at my sig. (1st link)

Now, back to the drawing board on my 2nd HT.... I think I might go for burgundy/black this time around after seeing GPower's HT!
Any more color schemes to share?

Here are some pics from my HT - but I'm upgrading it now - adding a platform for upper tier seating in the back, and adding a panel with floating shelves next to the screen for the AV equipment.
Color is of soffits are teal, walls are camel. Wife wants to go with dark plum carpet, baseboard trim and soffit.
