Bluray Player for CRT Projector

I am putting together a blended CRT projector rig. The blender (Analog Way Diventx DVX-8022) has 8 inputs, including DVI, component, RGBHV, and HDSDI. There is no HDMI input on the DVX-8022. I would like to feed the DVX-8022 a 1080P signal. Is there a Bluray player that puts out 1080P over DVI, component, RGBHV or HDSDI?

If not, what other solution would I have to get a 1080P signal into the DVX-8022?

I don't think that getting HDMI audio is much of a concern. I plan to take either 5.1 or 7.1 analog audio out of the player, and send it directly to the audio processor.
