Denon 2800 DVD or Pioneer DV-37 DVD  

I am totally undecided on which DVD player to invest in. I was about to get the DV-37, but then I read the list of features on the 2800 and liked what I saw. I especially like the 4MB buffer that makes layer changes seem non-existant. I need advice from some people that have the DV-37 or know a lot about the 2800. Any advice would be great. Thanks to all!!
