Anyone have 099 or 075 Berkline with BLACK cupholder trim?

Hello, if anyone has a set of 099's or 075's with a black (not burl) trim around the cup holder, I would most certainly appreciate it! I'm trying to help a customer who received the wrong part, but unfortunately, Product Services is acting like they have no idea what I'm talking about. So they are now requesting a photo.

If anyone can help, the customer and I would be greatly appreciative!

Well, note the burl trim around the cupholder in the photo below:



Basically, I'm looking for a similar "plate" around the cup holder, but it needs to be black instead of the wood composite. Thank you so much!

Kyle,

There is no such a thing. I am not surprised that the Product Services does not know what you are talking about. The chairs come with either the burl wood trim as shown on the picture or none at all - just a cupholder. There is no black plate...

I do not know what you sold, but there are only two options with the 099s or 075s - "B" burlwood trim, "E" - ebony gloss which is a regular plastic cupholder.

Well, I admit, it has probably a long time - right when the 099's debuted! Wow, that was several years ago! I guess time flies when you're having fun. How long has rtheaters been around?
