I have a JVC 720p HD-ILA TV which also accepts 1080i signal, so my question is is it better to set the player for 720p or 1080i? Let the player do downconversion or the TV?
most reports are that the A2 doesnt perform as well when outputting 720p compared to 1080i. i have a 42" plasma and i can barely tell the difference, but text does seem a tad bit sharper with 1080i if that is any indication
