Looking for an inexpensive transcoder

I want a transcoder for my Barco 800 so I can watch Dish HD on it. I have the 6000u receiver but it only picks up half the HD channels.

So, I'd like to know of any CHEAP transcoders that output RGBHV with NEGATIVE sync on the H and V that look good. I'm not REAL picky, remember, the BG800 is ES focus and not EM so it's not the greatest picture to start with. I'm just looking for a way to watch all the Dish HD channels without spending hundreds of dollars.

Any ideas?

Why don't you use the SVGA output on the 6000 receiver? I do, no transcoder needed. Does the 'u' model not have that?

I can use the 6000u receiver just fine...EXCEPT it only picks up about half the HD channels.

I also have the 622vip HD DVR receiver but it's only got component and HDMI. I want to use the 622 receiver so I can watch all the HD channels.

So, back to my question...anyone know of a cheap (like under $100) DECENT transcoder or a way to get my 6000u receiver to get all the channels?

Ah, that makes more sense.. I thought you were blaming the RGB output of the 6000 for only picking up 1/2 the HD channels, which didn't make any sense at all.

Sorry, can't help with the recommendations, I haven't tried anything but the AA ones which work fine but are well over $100. I think here as much as anything else, you get what you pay for.
