The Others used to have a way to get off the island, then find it again. But then that whole hatch blowing up and the sky turning purple thing happened. Now, apparently, the island is even "more invisible" [made up phrase along the lines of "honest truth" or "completely honest" where what should be an absolute gets a modifier to make it even "more absolute"]

What is Lost? Is it good TV? I am really looking for a show that gives me answers every week and each episode is tied up in a nice package and stands on its own merits without the need to watch previous episodes. I really don't feel like thinking. Is this show for me?

if ya delete the 30k popping post and another 2k of unnecessary post, the original could last til the end and could have started a whole new thread in Jan when the 4th season starts or at the end of this season for post season talk.

I still dont think the sub is gone. Smokey is controlled by the Other Others that are underground. and Juliet is good but so untrustworthy.

Even better than spoilers, the post count goes up dramatically when one critical post is followed by five to ten posts saying "why are you wasting our time" and "don't let the door bang you in the ass" etc.

Did anyone have "popping" sounds within the first 10 or so minutes of last weeks eps.? I just got caught up over the weekend and had popping sounds while watching the episode on my DVR.

i heard the popping sound during last weeks lost episode as well. It went away after a few minutes.

I checked some other channels at the same time and they didnt have the clicking.

Yeah, but then you'd have to put up with posts like:

Interesting. I have found it to be the opposite lately. i.e. If you post that you liked the episode (god forbid) for some reason, 10-15 posts follow telling you why you shouldn't, with several nit-picking details about why SO I guess it goes both ways. In any case, there is passion about this show either way. That much is clear to me.
