Panny PT-AE1000U $2600

Go to Google. Type "PT-AE1000U" in search. At top of page is an ad saying the Panny is $2750 w/rebate. But if you go to site and add the Panny to cart, it's $2600.

Yep. They raised the price after I placed my order. Also, they are not a Panasonic Authorized Internet Dealer. Forget it. Sorry.

Does anybody know what the best deal for the Panny AE1000U is right now? I know you can get it for about 3900 at Projectorpeople.com with 1000 rebate= 2900 +free OPPO upconverter. If you can sell the upconverter for about 200 on ebay, that nets you a $2700 Panny brand new, right?

Are there any other good deals from reputable sellers?

It's $3799.99 at Costco...so minus the $1000 rebate it would come to $2799.99.
