Just got back from circuitcity and picked up at open box sharp 32d40u. I thought it would have an outstanding picture but to my suprise, its not that great, I even think my other olevia is better. I heard about the outsourced panels with the sharp. The guy told me that olevia doesn't make there panels and also uses outsourced panels. I got the sharp for 550 and it had a scratch on the black finish. I was just about to return it for the olevia since its "brand new" but the guy at circuitcity said I would just be downgrading. I then found out that the sharp isn't all that good. Any help would be great.
