replay 4000 records show in segments

my replay 4000 series has twice now recorded a 1 hour show in multiple segments. 1 was 2 different recording and the the 2nd show was 5 separate recordings. nay clue why and how to correct?

You'll get better results posting in the Replay forum. I had the same problem with a Replay 4504 and I found that reimaging the drive solved the problem for a few months before it would happen again. I ended up getting a new hard drive for it..
