I am noticing a hazy light grey streak (about 2-3 inches wide) that runs down the center of my 52" Mitsubishi LCD (720HP - rear proj.) HDTV. I have only had it a few days and this hazy streak is most noticable when the TV is off. The screen is clean and I have turned the TV at various angles and I am sure it is not a reflection from the lights in the room. Its also noticable when there is a dark scene displayed on the TV. Although a service call has been scheduled I am wondering what could cause this and if I should insist on a exchange. Can this be a serious problem? can it be easily fixed? and could it be a indication of more trouble to come with this TV? I dont want to get stuck with a LEMON.
