i have an ONKYO 603.
I dug out the set up Mic today ran the "speaker setup", it said I didn't have any surround speakers hooked up. (They were blasting the setup tones
).
Went into the set up menus, and the only way to turn on my "rear" surrounds was to turn on the "middle" surrounds.
Did that then got out my PINK FLOYD PULSE DVD for the audio set up.
No tone out of the "rear" surrounds. So I hooked the speakers up to the posts on the back of the receiver labeled "Surround", not the "Rear Surrounds". I was able to get the test tones them from the DVD.
What set of speaker posts do I use for the rear speakers in a 5.1 setup?
I can not find my owners Manuel so a link to an on line one would be greatly appreciated.
