Newb to outdoor theater looking hopefully for someone to point me in the right direction...

I have a barn with a painted white broadside facing my patio at a distance of 38.5 yards (according to the Nikon range finder I use for bowhunting). I've got the idea that I could run an RF cable from my indoor system to a projector on the patio and project television broadcasts on the side of the barn. My question is:

What would I be looking for in a projector? I'm not concerned about HD. But I would be looking for a digital projector that would display television broadcast images that would appear "viewable" at a distance of 38.5 yards.

Any suggestions?

What happens to HD-DLP projection images when broadcast outdoors (at night) at a distance that great? I just fear there would be no viewable image at all.
