Just upraded my entire home theater system from scratch... Weeded out all my old stuff and figured I would do it right this time so I would not waste anymore money.. I have been down that road of not being happy with what I had and was always trying to change different components to achieve the sound I was looking for.. I have finally found musical bliss... 
I had a arcam avr300 prior to this along with paradigm studio 60's.. I purchased the bryston sp2 & the 9b SST paired with Revel f32 speakers and the matching c32 center. I also upgraded my sub from a snell basis 300 to a JL audio F112 and I have an arcam dv-79 as my transport.. All this paired together brings musical goodness to my ears.. I really cannot believe the sound this is giving me.. I have not heard much better then this, and I have listened to a lot of gear at my local shop... Any kind of music I throw at this system sounds phenominal... The bryston sp2 is so transparent and the true analog bypass is amazing..
