I listen to Sirius online and would like to be able to feed Toshiba satellite into my receiver occasionally. Is this possible? What hardware would I require? Is this the proper thread to post this question?

Thanks

do you mean you'd like to feed your computer with Sirius into your receiver?

I do this and it works great, however you need RCA type auxiliary outs(computer) ins (receiver).

Thanks Mercury

Thats exactly what I mean. I was hoping there was a cable that would go from the headphone out , computer side, to the receiver RCA jacks. Where would I find Aux. RCA outs for computer? Can this be done?

All you need is a 1/8" mini plug to RCA... plug it into your headphone jack on your laptop, and then into your A/V Reciever... you can get something like this at radio shack...

You are correct sir, $20 for an 8'er at radio shack about 5 minutes from home.
Thank you both for your help
